The Makers and Shakers Market is an indoor, curated, retail event that brings together people who care about where things come from, how things are made and what they are made of. Whether it’s homewares, furniture, food, flowers, stationery or photography – The Makers and Shakers Market aim is to give makers an affordable and fun place to show and sell their wares and for shoppers to have a awesome day out, as well as pick up some wonderful new treasures along the way.
The Makers and Shakers Market is run by the people behind the super-popular fashion market, Round She Goes. Often Emma, the Round She Goes founder, is approached by makers of things other than fashion and she realised there was a need for a separate event for homewares, lifestyle products/services and food. Round She Goes was established in Melbourne in 2008, and operates in Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide. The Makers and Shakers Market is held twice a year in Melbourne and Sydney.
Emma and her sidekick Lee, are passionate about putting on good, fun and exciting events. Got a question? Feel free to email us.
