You can find Shi wah Tse, the talented lady behind Eclairiss Patisserie on Instagram, or come meet her at the Makers & Shakers on October 15 at the Marrickville Town Hall.



Based in Marrickville, Eclairiss Patisserie is the project of Shi Wahm who is trained in commercial cookery and patisserie in Sydney and France. In France she had the privilege of training under the guidance of a Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF) p√Ętissiers, a unique and prestigious local award.

Wahm loves all the bright and bold colours used in pastries and cakes, but prefers to keep her products free from any artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. All the colours and flavours used are derived from real strawberries, raspberries, coconut, acai berry powder, green tea powders, natural flavours and vanilla beans.
