Steve and Sue Brown planted over one thousand olive trees in 2006 on Rivers Road Organic Farms at Canowindra, NSW. The mainly Kalamata varieties are handpicked and then cured on farm using natural fermentation methods and Murray river salt for a minimum of nine months. Kalavista Organics serve up a range of marinated olives, while some fruit is made into Kalamata olive oil.
