La Empanada’s traditional empanada recipe has been passed down for generations in their family and they have brought this small, but delicious piece of their culture from South America to Canberra. What is an Empanada you ask? They are fried turnovers made with La Empanada’s secret dough recipe and stuffed with a variety of savoury combinations of:

• Cheese
• Meat
• Vegetables

They are seasoned with numerous Latin American herbs & spices that will leave your taste buds eager to return for more!
