Infused with cinchona bark – the natural source of quinine – this bittersweet tonic hits flavour notes of citrus and juniper. Following a recipe formulated in the 1820s it’s the perfectly balanced mixer for a classic gin and tonic, or can be used to enliven cocktails – alcoholic & non-alcoholic alike.
