You can find Dan, the talented chef behind Mr goaty gelato on Instagram, or come meet her at the Makers & Shakers on October 15 at the Marrickville Town Hall.



Founded by former Three Blue Ducks chef, Dan Hughes, Mr Goaty is Australia’s First Goat’s Milk Gelato! The inspiration for Mr Goaty came from his childhood in rural England and Greece, surrounded by goats and their delicious fresh milk and cheese. Then after several years working in Michelin star restaurants across Europe and the UK, Dan arrived in Sydney ready to surf and make gelato.

Using only the best milk from prize-winning grass-fed goats, the quality and freshness of the ingredients (e.g. A2 milk) come through in every scoop of Mr Goaty. Flavours include: Honeycomb and Lavender; Lemon Curd; Cacao and Coconut: and Raspberry and Pistachio.
