You can find the sin-ko-nah tonic syrup team at the Makers & Shakers on on November 6 at the Coburg Town Hall.



Infused with cinchona bark – the natural source of quinine – this bittersweet tonic hits flavour notes of citrus and juniper. Following a recipe formulated in the 1820s it’s the perfectly balanced mixer for a classic gin and tonic, or can be used to enliven cocktails – alcoholic and non-alcoholic alike.
