No corners are cut with these treats. Using authentic NYC techniques and recipes the bagels undergo a 24-hour process from dough to market, including the all-important boiling step. We’ve already decided that our lunch will be a round of Poppy Seed bagels coated heavily with a spring Onion & Chive schmear.
